The agency was founded in 2015 by Vladimir Osipov with the vision of building a professional football agency focused on long-term player development.
Our philosophy is simple: we prioritize the growth, stability, and career development of every footballer we represent. Rather than focusing only on transfers, we work closely with our players to build sustainable careers and help them reach their full potential.
In 2022, the agency opened its main office in Warsaw, strengthening its presence in the European football market.
Today we represent more than 15 professional football players, including national team players from Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan, as well as players competing in European leagues.

We also provide individual scouting reports on specific football players. Using our structured methodology, we evaluate players through video, data, live scouting, and tactical analysis to deliver clear, objective insights for recruitment decisions.
